History
FirstRand Trustees Limited, based in Guernsey, is a specialist provider of Offshore Trust and Company services to clients world-wide. It has been in existence for more than forty years.
Formerly known as RMB International (C.I.) Limited - part of South Africa's FirstRand Group - the Company was renamed FirstRand Trustees Limited on 3 October 2008. It forms part of the newly launched division, FirstRand Private Wealth Management Limited, a business drawing on the FirstRand Group's expertise in providing innovative wealth management services and developing this on an international basis. This new business is initally centred in the Channel Islands and Dubai but will expand to india during the coming year.
FirstRand Trustees Limited has a wholly owned subsidiary company, JG Trustees Limited, which is in existence since 1987 and also provides the same range of Offshore Trust and Company services.
